Sports Interactive wins second ‘Best Places to Work’ Award
For the second time in three years, Sports Interactive has been recognised as one of the best large companies to work for in the UK video games industry at the recent 2023 GamesIndustry.Biz Best Places to Work Awards.
The awards, now into their seventh year, aim to make the video games industry a better environment to work in by celebrating the companies that best support their staff and address the recurring issues shared by games professionals around the world.
Sports Interactive’s Chief Operating Officer Matt Carroll said: “Winning this award for a second time is a tremendous honour for the studio. I acknowledge that the award is really a recognition to many team members who make Sports Interactive a special place to work every day.
“I am very lucky to work with amazing talented colleagues who share the ambition and passion to make truly great interactive experiences. The studio is celebrating over 30 years of making games and thinking about the next 30. Everyone in the team has a role to make the studio a better place to make better games. Just like Football Manager, Progress Never Stops!”
In addition to its recognition in the main award category, SI was also shortlisted in the Environmental Award category.
