Foudys signed as Official Merchandise Partner of Football Manager
Sports Interactive are delighted to reveal Foudys as the studio’s new official merchandise partner.
The two-year agreement with Foudys will see the company design and produce a range of premium, official Football Manager-branded products.
Founded in 2020 by Helen Hardy, Foudys are named after the former USA international Julie Foudy and made their mark on the football industry by becoming the first retailer dedicated to official women’s football merchandise.
Since their founding, Foudys have gone on to work with the likes of Nike, Adidas, Puma and Umbro, as well as being the official merchandise providers for Lewes FC – the only football club in the UK to pay their Men’s and Women’s teams equally.
Ricardo Domingos, Sports Interactive’s Commercial Partnerships Executive, said: “I'm honoured to welcome Foudys as the official merchandise partner for Football Manager.
“Foudys' short but rich history show they are a leading brand in the women's football space, with founder Helen Hardy's contribution to the accessibility and progression of the sport being second to none. As we look to introduce women's football into Football Manager we could not have found a partner that more thoroughly aligns with our core studio values.
“Keep your eye out for our first merch drop with Foudys next year - it’ll be worth the wait!”
Foudys CEO and Founder, Helen Hardy, added: “Foudys are delighted to be partnering with Football Manager.
“It feels apt to be joining forces ahead of the introduction of women’s football to the series. We’ve seen up close and personal the level of effort and detail being put into the women’s game at Football Manager and it was a no brainer to work together in this groundbreaking year. We are immensely proud and excited about the projects we’re working on and can’t wait for what’s to come.”
